PoleKitten Primer
This foundation class is held every Friday at 7pm. You will learn the basic skills needed to participate in our Kitten classes. All new clients must take at least one primer class before scheduling any of our pole workout classes. pricing
Prerequisite: None
Notes:
Apparel: short sleeved shirt or tank top and shorts (the shorter, the better)
Shoes: barefoot, or thin house socks
Please bring water and a hand towel. Remember to arrive 10 minutes early to allow for paperwork, parking and a change of clothes.
*This class is limited to 6 students and is approximately ninety minutes long.

PoleKitten - beginner & intermediate
This is our signature class that started it all. Whether you are an absolute beginner or current polekitten, this class will always challenge you. It is a full body workout that combines the elements of dance, pole tricks and strength training. pricing
Beginner Prerequisite:
You must complete at least one PoleKitten Primer OR the Level 1 Six Week series before scheduling this class.
Intermediate Prerequisite:
This level requires instructor approval.

SophistiKitten Our SophistiKittens class teaches the moves from our beginner Polekittens
class but at a slower, gentler pace. It is specifically designed for women with
age or weight concerns. pricing

FloorKitten
FloorKittens focuses on the transitions that lead from the pole to the floor and
up again. This class teaches the fun and sexy, in-between moves that enhance
a routine. Since FloorKittens requires extensive joint movement, it is not recommended for women with knee problems. Mats and kneepads are provided. pricing

Booty Camp
Learn to clap it, bounce it, and pop it! This class is a solid hour dedicated to the derrière. You've seen the moves in videos. We break them down and teach you how to isolate the muscles needed. pricing
