Tone muscle and help shed pounds – your body will be working harder than you know.
Include sexy moves on the pole – you’ll learn tight grips, controlled slides to the floor, and speedy aerial spins.

We provide a safe, comfortable environment for you to have fun and leave your inhibitions at the door. First timers are always welcome, so come give pole fitness a try.
What you’ll need for a PoleKittens workout:
Short-sleeved shirt or tank top
Shorts (the shorter, the better)
Gym shoes - for the warm-up
Barefoot or Foot Undeez® - for the class
Yoga mat
Water
Hand towel
Please remember to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes early to allow for parking a change of clothes, and/or paperwork.
