This 90 minute workshop starts with a warm up that focuses on the muscles used in aerial silks. Then you will learn basic climbs and skills on the aerial fabric, close to the ground. The class ends with conditioning exercises used by aerialist to promote strength and flexibility.
*No experience necessary. However, please consult with your instructor if you have any current or a history of shoulder, knee, neck or back injuries.

2. To activate your Groupon, email your name and Groupon voucher code to us at groupon@polekittens.net. Please allow 24 hours for your account to be credited.
3. You will receive a confirmation email once your voucher has been processed. Sign up by clicking on the schedule tab. Search through the available class times by using the <day/today/week> buttons.
4. Pick your class and click on the "Sign up now" button. This will prompt you to sign into your Polekittens Fitness account.
5. Click to "Make a single reservation" then "MAKE PURCHASE."
6. Complete your checkout by selecting the single class/workshop option and click "CHECK OUT."
7. You're all signed up! Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This allows for paper work, parking and a change of clothes. Don't forget to bring your Groupon with you! Click here for directions to our Cincinnati or Newport studio.
* Please bring bottled water and a copy of your Groupon. It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection. Long stretch pants or footless tights and a tight-fitting top are suggested. Tighter fitting clothing that gives you full range of motion is best.
Shorts are not recommended, and loose clothing may get in the way.
