Exotic dance is all about more flexibility & strength and we've got a great workout
program designed help enhance them both.  This class utilizes techniques from yoga
and exotic dance to help you build a limber and toned body.

After a sizzling warm up of authentic exotic dance floor moves,
V will guide you
through her 10-count stretch series. You are going to feel this routine head-to-toe.
Most women see an immediate gain of at least two inches in their flexibility by the
end of their first class!

*Although kneepads are provided, you should not take this class if you have knee
problems.  Please bring a mat and your sexiest heels!
