that your instructor has a solid background in pole movement before beginning her apprenticeship in the AlphaKitten
Method®.

We, at PoleKittens, understand that learning a move for yourself and learning to teach that same move are two
separate things. For this reason, we take time to carefully consider only those instructors who have both solid skills
and the ability to transfer those skills to others in a safe, effective and encouraging manner.

Because your safety is our main concern, our instructors undergo rigorous training and a 12-month minimum
supervised teaching experience before teaching unassisted.
